For winter guests we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles, or at the very least all-wheel drive with good winter tires, for our long uphill driveway.
Please note that Pat's Cabin shares the hilltop with another building, "Edith's Bunkhouse", which may be rented separately or occupied by family. Each residence has its own separate parking, lawns, decks, and fire pits.

Priced per event
We offer two different DIY packages for weddings or events up to 50 guests, and full service packages through our event planning partners for weddings or events up to 150 guests.
Regular rental
Per person + Cleaning fee + NH Tax
- Base price: $850 for up to 10 guests
- Additional guests: $85 per person per night
- Minimum nightly stay: 2 nights
- Pet fee: $50 per pet per stay
- Flat cleaning fee: $350
- NH meals & rooms tax: 8.5%
